Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC)

The Student Grievance Redressal Committee of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam University, Indore (SGRC) aims to resolve the grievances of students while upholding the highest standards of integrity, fairness, and confidentiality.

Objectives

To provide an opportunity for students to freely express their grievances with extreme secrecy.
To set up a mechanism for speedy and prompt resolution of grievances.
To provide appropriate counseling to students during the grievance redressal process.
To promote cordial relationships among students.

Functions

To review complaints received by the SGRC.
To follow the principles of natural justice while considering grievances.
To submit reports with recommendations, if any, to the Vice Chancellor of the affiliating university.
To conduct surveys to identify student problems and provide suitable solutions.

An aggrieved student may submit an application seeking redressal of grievance through any of the following modes:

By email at student_grievance@aku.ac.in
By dropping the written complaint in the grievance box
